VISIT WEBSITEHorizon Shipping Agencies is a Singapore-based port agency established in 2003, serving shipowners, operators and charterers across a network of 40+ locations worldwide. From its base in the Singapore Straits, the team handles end-to-end port call management, husbandry and crew logistics, spares and provisions, visa and documentation, and dry-docking coordination, working closely with authorities such as MPA, PSA and ICA to keep vessels moving.

Web Design & Development
Horizon Shipping Agencies operates across more than 40 ports worldwide from its Singapore base. The brief to Ruler was a website with the same precision as their operations: quick to navigate, credible to shipowners and charterers, and interactive enough to make a broad service offering easy to understand. We led the project end to end — concept, design, and a fully custom WordPress build.
Rather than a template, we developed a bespoke theme with a motion system built on GSAP and ScrollTrigger. A pinned, circular history timeline animates the company story as you scroll, and considered section reveals keep long service pages feeling light. Port coverage is presented through a custom interactive map of Singapore, letting visitors explore individual terminals and cruise centres rather than read a static list.
At the core of the site are Horizon’s enquiry journeys. We built complex, multi-step port-call and inquiry forms with robust validation, and integrated a live API so airport and city fields autocomplete as users type — cutting friction, reducing errors, and delivering clean, structured leads to the team. The result is a fast, responsive, SEO-ready site that turns Horizon’s global footprint into a clear, high-converting experience.
