We’re looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of social media profiles and content for key client accounts, someone who can create strong narratives, structured content, and shape a meaningful digital presence.

The Role

• You will be responsible for shaping how our clients show up across digital channels.
• You will define content direction, develop ideas, and guide execution, working closely with designers and performance specialists to ensure every piece of content serves a clear purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy for assigned clients
• Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice
• Create monthly content plans for assigned clients
• Develop content ideas and campaign concepts
• Write captions, ad copy, and core messaging
• Translate ideas into clear briefs for the design team
• Collaborate with performance specialists to align content with campaign goals
• Handle day-to-day content needs across accounts
• Manage content across platforms
• Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and quality

What We’re Looking For

• A collaborative mindset, someone who respects others and contributes positively to the team
• 3–5+ years of experience in content, social media, or digital strategy
• Experience working with premium, luxury, or fashion brands
• Strong ability to think strategically and structure communication
• Excellent copywriting skills (Greek & English)
• A sharp sense of aesthetics, tone, and brand positioning
• Ability to turn ideas into clear direction and briefs
• Understanding of how content connects with performance marketing
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
